Your Guide to Weekday Entertainment in South End
With First Friday Gallery Crawls, Food Truck Friday, Front Porch Sundays and breweries and shops open all weekend long, South End is one of the best places to be on a weekend. But what if it’s Tuesday? Here is your guide to things happening Monday – Thursday, for low-key get togethers with your friends or meeting new people in the neighborhood:
Every Monday, three South End businesses team up for P.U.B. Run, with one-and-a-half-, three- and five mile running routes hosted by Ultra Running Club with help from Black Men Run, beer from Pop the Top and pizza from Blaze. Bonus: You’ll get a free beer after your first run and some free pizza from Blaze.
Put your random knowledge to the test with Tuesday trivia at Sycamore Brewing or Big Ben Pub starting at 7:00 p.m. You can also swing by Bulldog Beer and Wine for a bar game night starting at 7:30 p.m. or test your ping pong skill at Unknown Brewing’s ping pong league that starts at 7:00 p.m.
Every hump day, you can find trivia at three different places in South End, including Lenny Boy Trivia at 7:00 p.m., Brass Tap Trivia at 7:30 p.m. and All American Trivia at 8:00 p.m.
You can also put your Spotify playlists to the test with music bingo at Hoppin’ starting at 8:00 p.m.
Thursday is music night in South End, starting with half price wine and live music at Fidelli Kitchen starting at 6:30 p.m. and live music on Tyber Creek’s patio. You can also hear your favorite showtunes at Boulevard 1820’s broadway nights starting at 8:00 p.m.
