'Tis the South End Season!
Holiday cheer is around every corner in South End this season. There is something for everyone to enjoy, from the smell of fresh donuts wafting through the air as you stroll the neighborhood, to seasonal menus at some of the best restaurants in the Queen City, to street festivals with hundreds of local vendors. Explore all that the neighborhood has to offer while you shop local, celebrate traditions, enjoy holiday décor, toast to a new year, and give back this season!

Uptown and South End's Holiday Passport
Use this Holiday Passport to check out the marquee holiday events in Uptown and South End. When you arrive at a participating event, make sure your location settings are enabled so you can check in at the event. Each check in earns you points, and you can keep track of your points in the "Rewards" tab. Once you have enough points, you can redeem for prizes!

- 30 points = CLT ornament
- 50 points = CLT winter beanie

• Miracle on Bland St. Holiday Market at Seoul Food on December 13 and 14
• The Line's Holiday Market on December 18
Limited Edition South End Stickers
• For three weeks in December, shoppers can collect new limited-edition South End stickers with each purchase at select locations
• A new sticker will drop on December 1, December 8, and December 15
• Shop local all season long and collect all three stickers
Eat, Drink, and Be Merry
- Enjoy festive decor and seasonal sips at Santa's Favorite Watering Hole at VINYL from November 12 - January 4
- Head to Blue Door for their Blue Christmas Pop Up Bar from November 28 - January 3. PRO TIP: Be sure to make a reservation as there is limited availability for walk-ins.
- BackStage Lounge is transforming into a winter wonderland for their Miracle Pop Up Bar from November 19 - December 28
- Kick start the day with a seasonal special from one of South End's favorite coffee shops or treat yourself to something sweet
- Stop by a South End brewery or cocktailer for seasonal specials sure to warm you up. Want a non-boozy drink? See the neighborhood mocktail guide.
- Check out all of the heated patios and fire pits in the neighborhood.
Support Local Businesses

- See the South End Events Calendar for all shopping events.
- Head to the South End Market every Saturday from 8am-1pm to pick up fresh produce, fish, meat, bread, and more from local farmers and artisans.

- Support local, Black-owned, woman-owned, Latinx and Hispanic-owned, and AAPI-owned business this holiday season.
Give Back
- Drop off your old books at the Little Free Libraries or pick up a new book to enjoy during the holiday season.
- RSVP for the final Rail Trail Clean Up of the fall season on November 22
- Bring the holidays to a family in need by participating in Not Just Coffee's Giving Tree. Pick a tag, buy the gift, and drop the gift back off to NJC by December 19 to get a free drink
- SWIRL is partnering with Queen City Christmas Angels to bring an angel tree to SWIRL's location. Come in, grab an angel, drop your gifts back off at SWIRL, and QCCA will handle wrapping and distributing the gifts. Everyone who drops their gifts off will get a free cupcake or cookie as a thank you.
