Little Free Libraries
Leave a book, grab a book! There are 5 Little Free Libraries located around South End. These colorful libraries double as a work of art and were created by Glen and Maria Nocik at ACSM and C3 Lab. Check out any of these locations to get a book. Better yet, make another reader's day by leaving a book inside:

Host a Book Drive
Have a bunch of books that need a new home? Want to rally your book club together to donate to a good cause? Interested in hosting a book drive at your office or business? We can help! Email Chelsea Galusky at cgalusky@charlottecentercity.org for a book drive flyer or to arrange a pick-up.
South End Book Club
South End residents and friends are invited to participate in the first South End Neighbors: Book Club! Hosted by the South End Neighbors Network, this Book Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6-7pm, located at (and in support of) a different South End businesses. Genres alternate from novels to business books about entrepreneurship, a legacy that hearkens back to our South End history. Check the South End events calendar for details on each meeting!
MoLi at the Market
Did you know - The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library has a bookmobile named MoLi? It debuted in early 2022 and is making its rounds throughout Charlotte, including at the South End Market. Put your Library card to work when you see the bright teal vehicle with a wheelchair lift, mini computer lab, and shelves of books, audiobooks, magazines, and DVDs. See when MoLi will be at the South End Market!
