Pairings can be a real challenge with oysters. The delicate nature of every slurp of your oyster can be masked by strong aromas and sharp alcohol within the drink. We will be featuring a menu of oysters and cocktails .
Your ticket includes six oysters (2 for each cocktail) and three cocktails. There will be both raw and cooked oysters expertly paired with sparkling to spirit-forward cocktails.
