Students will learn a fusion of Zimbabwean African, Ballet, and Contemporary as well as a cultural experience. This dance workshop will explore your inner dancer and use dance to tell stories. No prior experience needed. MufukaWorks is directed by dance educator Elsie Mufuka. Mufuka is a local Charlotte artist, Teacher of the Year, and NC Dance Educator of the Year. Mufuka is happy to bring her roots from Zimbabwe through dance.
