The Matador is honoring the cultural traditions of Mexico by celebrating Día de los Muertos from October 31 to November 2 with Mexican-inspired + scratch-made dishes, themed drink specials, and decor inspired by the holiday throughout the restaurant. Seating for lunch and dinner is open to the public and will be available on a walk-in basis during business hours.

Guests can sip on three new drink specials, with flavor profiles inspired by Día de los Muertos traditions:

Pumpkin Margarita: The pumpkin margarita blends seasonal flavors inspired by the holiday — featuring blanco tequila and a sour mix made of pumpkin, pineapple, lime, and a blend of autumn spices, topped with an edible marigold.

Mole + Mezcal: This cocktail has a sweet, smoky + spicy kick. Sweet agave and smoky mezcal mix with a house-made mole sauce for an adventurous cocktail packed with flavor.

Pan de Muertos: This cocktail is inspired by a traditional sweetbread dessert served as an offering in many households during Día de los Muertos. This sweet and creamy drink has notes of vanilla, oak, and orange + features a house-made dulce de leche.

Join us in celebrating all weekend long!
