The Mint Presents Curds and Corks at Vin Master Wine Shop.

Wine and Cheese Pairing Event. Enjoy an evening of fine wines paired with craft cheeses and cheese dishes, while an expert guides you through each wine pairing. Learn how to taste wine and identify key components, and also how to appropriately pair wine with certain foods at home.

Only 25 tickets will be sold for this event.

--- 3 Cheese Sampler
- Paired with Can Xa Cava Brut, Spain
--- Smoky “Campo” Mac ‘n Cheese with Pancetta
- Paired with TBD French White Wine
--- Baked goat cheese in Spicy Marinara with Fresh Herbs
- Paired with Storm Point Red, South Africa
--- Rocket’s Robiola with Roasted Grapes, Balsamic, and Thyme
- Paired with Rich Table Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, Washington

Please note these Covid-19 Safety Rules:
1. All ticket sales will end 24hrs prior to each Crave Charlotte event to allow restaurants to plan for social distanced approved seating

2. Face masks will be required at check in and anytime you are away from your assigned seating

3. Groups of friends larger than six will not be permitted to sit at the same table

4. Tickets are limited to 50% capacity for each restaurant to accommodate health guidelines

5. Restaurants are following sanitation guidelines
