Creatives, artists and entrepreneurs - how do you make sure your ideas get the protection they deserve? What are the different kinds of legal protection available and how does one go about pursuing them?
Anup Iyer and Kevin Ransom are Intellectual property attorneys with Moore and Van Allen. Their work focuses on helping clients secure intellectual property protection in the form of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Their presentation will discuss the differences between various legal protections available, and the steps that creatives and entrepreneurs can take to safeguard their intellectual property assets, protect their brand, and enhance their market value. The talk will be followed by a question and answer session.
