While we cannot gather together on our local golf courses this year, the World’s Largest Golf Outing (WLGO), the single largest charitable golf event, will still honor our nation’s military service members, veterans and their family online with a virtual fundraiser.
Proceeds from the virtual fundraiser will benefit Fisher House Foundation, best known for their network of comfort homes where military families can stay at no cost while a loved one is receiving treatment. “Our mission at Fisher House Foundation is to not only ease the burden for service members and veterans, but also for their families who have continuously stood beside them,” said Ken Fisher, chairman and CEO of Fisher House Foundation.
