Unknown Brewing's Wood & Grain Distillery is releasing Project #1: Botanical Gin Aged on Strawberry Cabernet Barrels, on June 27th! 8 cases in total, only 100 bottles being sold!
Each 750ml bottle will come with two commemorative Unknown Wood & Grain bespoke glasses!
Our Wood & Grain spirits are all single batch, unique recipes— combinations of flavors that can't be recreated anywhere else. Project #1 is 100% single malt, ferments & distilled 3 times. A 4th pass is ran over wonderful botanicals, including: orange, lemon, cucumber, coriander, pink pepper corns, & juniper!
The pink undertone of Project #1 is accredited to how much time we spent letting the gin soak in flavor from the wooden barrels that previously held a delicious Cabernet.
