There is something about cheese that makes it so versatile and a perfect match when having a drink. Being it the saltiness, smokiness, or the fat, the truth is that it works perfectly.
In this tasting class led by Executive Bourbon Steward and North Carolina Uncle Nearest Ambassador, David Neely, will demystify the “water of life” as he takes you through a tasting journey using four different Uncle Nearest expressions each accompanied by an artisanal cheese and one with chocolate selected and paired by Tamu.
