Join Tone & Tap for our second Sunday workouts at Hi Wire Brewing! This class, designed for those who love to exercise, meet new people, and enjoy a cold beer, is for all fitness levels. We use empty KEGS, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more to curate a great workout with modifications and progressions. This class is typically a total body strength & HIIT workout, but be sure to check our instagram @toneandtap_clt for all the details! The class is a $12 drop-in which includes a 10 oz. beer.
