Join us for a special Friday evening cocktail class with award winning Charlotte mixologist Justin Hazelton!
Award winning mixologist Justin Hazelton has been making waves in the beverage community since 2012, working with some of the most cutting-edge, cocktail forward hotspots in the Southeast. Before establishing Top Shelf Co., a premier bar consulting company, Justin opened Leah & Louise as Bar Manager and Mixologist. On his bar journey, Justin has managed at some of the top restaurants in Charlotte, NC & has held the role of Beverage Director over multiple concepts.
With over 12 years in the hospitality industry Justin has innovated bar processes and provided elevated cocktail experiences while doing so. He has contributed his mixology talent to many culinary events such as James Beard House, Outstanding in the Field, Soul Food Sessions, Carolina Jubilee Festival and Bayhaven Food and Wine Festival. Aside from winning the 2021 and 2023 Best of the Best Mixologist in Charlotte Magazine, and being featured in numerous local publications, Justin’s work has been showcased across multiple national platforms including Discovery Plus television show Hungry for Answers, Imbibe magazine, Liquor.com, Thrillist, and Eater Magazine.
