The South End Shuffle 5K & Mile Run takes place each year in September in the heart of South End. Started in 2014 by Ron Skufca, this event consists of a 5K and a 1 Mile Run in a festival-like atmosphere bringing together merchants, local businesses, neighbors, and friends in our vibrant South End community. The South End Shuffle has grown from a small event to over 1000 participants. We are excited to celebrate our 10th year! Join us on Sept 9, 2023, in the heart of South End for the 10th Annual South End Shuffle 5K & Mile Run, the event that has become a South End neighborhood tradition!
Presented by Skufca Law, Wooden Robot Brewery, and Beacon Partners, the 5K starts on W Summit Ave in front of Wooden Robot Brewery and heads into Charlotte's South End and Wilmore neighborhoods. Registration includes a finisher medal and beer (21+) from Wooden Robot Brewery or ice cream for those under 21.
