South End Fitness in the Park is happening on Saturday, October 4th from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM at Wilmore Centennial Park. Attendees can expect five free 30-minute fitness classes throughout the day, from yoga to HIIT to dance, led by local gyms and instructors, along with wellness vendors sampling their services and products. It’s the perfect chance to discover new workouts, meet South End’s fitness and wellness community, and connect with neighbors in a fun, energetic setting. -Please note that we suggest bringing a mat for floor workout classes.
