Join Brion Cephus (@thecertifiedwino) and learn to blind taste like a Sommelier. In this introductory tasting class, we will hone your deductive tasting skills and teach you how to tell the difference between classic grape varietals, based on three elements of wine: sight, nose, and palate. Join us in tasting three wines as we explore all that a glass of wine has to offer the senses; meanwhile, learning what makes great wine. Perfect for beginners and connoisseurs alike, this class is open to every experience level. Tasting grid, blind tasting supplies and food sampling items will be provided.
A Cheese and Charcuterie spread from Orrman's Cheese will be included.
