Join Brion Cephus (@thecertifiedwino) for a wine and food pairing class featuring the 5 wines from our monthly curated "Wine Corner" selections. This month we will be carrying 5 European wines from the Mary Taylor Wine portfolio.
In this class, we will pair 3 cheeses and 2 meats + food sampling items to enhance your tasting experience.
You will expand your wine knowledge and improve your tasting skills. Learn about wine structure, grape varieties, and the influence of climate and weather conditions on the wine while using food items during your tasting session
