Pairings can be a real challenge with oysters. The delicate nature of every slurp of your oyster can be masked by strong aromas and sharp alcohol within the drink. We will be featuring a menu of oysters and cocktails .
Your ticket includes six oysters (2 for each cocktail) and three cocktails. There will be both raw and cooked oysters expertly paired with sparkling to spirit forward cocktails.
And...there may or may be a "caviar bump" to get the party started.
