Bring some excitement to your weeknight with an elevated five-course dining experience in our beautiful brewery. The theme for October is... you guessed it "OKTOBERFEST!" Each course will be prepared and presented by our Executive Chef Michael Rayfield with a beer hand-selected by Head Brewer Troy Montrone to accentuate the flavors of the dish. Our brewer will present each pairing, and come ready to answer any beer-nerdy questions you may have! We love to enrich the food and beer culture in our city, and to get to know the people who enjoy what we do!

Second Course
Pork Schnitzel, Sauerkraut, Potato Salad, Lemon, Dill Crema, Pea Tendril - Paired w/ Daydream "Anytime" Lager
