Join Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Day of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, in learning everything you’ve ever wanted to know about making tasty gnocchi! These pillowy dumplings are a great introduction to the world of fresh pasta, and require no special equipment or ingredients. Emily will demonstrate how to make both potato and ricotta gnocchi, walk students through shaping the dough, then share some of her favorite ways to cook the finished shapes!

We'll send out a detailed list of recommended materials upon registration. These materials are not required and are not brand specific.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
This virtual edition class is open for anyone! After registering, you'll receive a unique link & password to access the workshop. You'll be able to ask questions, interact with the teacher and engage with other students during class, and a replay will be available to watch again for all enrolled students.
