Join us as we celebrate the Lunar New Year on Saturday, January 25th. We are brewing some new Asian inspired beers and a new kombucha. We'll also add some classic Asian food to the menu as we get together to celebrate plentiful harvests and good luck in the new year!
NEW RELEASES:
Dragonfruit Lychee Sour -- this light, floral sour is a memorable pinkish, red color with it's very own unique, dry berry flavor profile. 6% abv.
Plum Kolsch -- notes of plum, candied sugar and stone fruit balance out the Bravo hops used to brew our newest Kolsch. 4.9% abv.
Matcha Milkshake IPA -- a fun new experimental beer that may give you a little boost of energy along with a slight buzz. The subtle tea notes pair well with flavorful citrus hops and a touch of lactose in this approachable IPA. 5.5% abv.
Orange Goji Berry and Vanilla Kombucha - our first Asian inspired small batch kombucha. Growler fills available.
We'll have FREE Fortune cookies provided by our bartenders.
What's new on the menu for the day? We will be preparing Dumplings as well as a traditional Chinese New Year dessert to pair with all our new beverages.
Roaming Ratchet Hatchet, axe throwing, will be on site from 2 - 5pm.
