Mazi is bringing the fire and the flavor for a one-night-only collaboration you won’t want to miss. Chef Whit Thomas teams up with award-winning Pitmaster Bryan Furman for an unforgettable dinner where Southern smoke meets Mediterranean soul—all served family-style, in the spirit of “Mazi,” meaning together.

The menu is bold, playful, and full of heart: smoky deviled eggs topped with trout roe, BBQ oyster shooters with harissa cocktail sauce, grilled peaches with stracciatella and urfa chile honey, ras el hanout lamb shoulder, Carolina-spiced spatchcock chicken, and a lineup of vibrant sides that blur the line between comfort food and culinary adventure.

To complete the experience, celebrated mixologist Bob Peters will be crafting five beverage selections throughout the evening—including a welcome punch, thoughtfully paired cocktails, and a straight pour to close out dessert with style.
