Please join us for our "End of The Summer" Cocktail dinner at Chapter 6 this Thursday, September 26th starting at 6:30pm.

Five courses with cocktail pairings
$125 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity

Course One
Tunisian spiced shrimp toast, brioche, fresh herbs
Roku gin. Rosé vermouth. Aperol. Apricot Liqueur. Grapefruit. Cinnamon. Champagne.

Course Two
Grilled pear, frisée, smoked goat cheese, lardons, blood orange, bacon dressing
Knob Creek Rye whiskey. Benedictine. Yellow Chartreuse. Lemon.

Course Three
Seared scallops, fall squash risotto, fennel pepita gremolata
Makers Mark bourbon. Zucca amaro. Preserved lemon oleo. Fernet.

Course Four
Spiced ribs, corn nut dukka, pecorino, lime
El Tesoro Single Barrel Reposado. Italicus liqueur. Campari. Citrus.

Course Five
Tiramisu
Blackstrap rum & Amaro old fashioned. Grind double espresso liqueur. Rinomato blanc vermouth.
