Let's take a cocktail journey with Leah and Louise mixologist, Sekani Akunyun, through some amazing Italian appertiff's, digestifs and amaros. In this class you will learn more about this intriguing, bitter category of cocktails is and the different types you can prepare with the right ingredients.
This class will also explore the importance of these drinks and how they can make your dinner experience that much better!
In this class you will make 3 cocktails.
